Whitcomb Residence
This urban infill project is built on a narrow lot within the established residential community of Brechin - Nanaimo. To accommodate the owners 60 foot motorhome and large workshop, the house was designed on top of the garage. The construction is a hybrid of ICF blocks, wood frame, concrete, and steel frame construction.
